1. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be processed, packed, or shipped, and cancellation will no longer be possible.

3. Returns
If a return is required, the item must be sent back before any refund or replacement can be processed.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We strongly recommend contacting support before sending any item back to receive proper return instructions.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
- Delivery delays caused by external factors beyond our control (such as customs, transportation issues, strikes, natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events)
- Any disruption caused by unforeseen circumstances outside of our responsibility
5. Refund Request Deadline
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date has passed.
Requests submitted after this period may not be reviewed or approved.
6. Return Conditions & Fees
All returned items must be inspected before approval.
